Return and Exchange Policy

At AlphaDecor, we aim to provide quality products to help you create a beautiful living space. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you have a smooth shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your home décor accessory or ordered the wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Note:

• Customers will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
• In case the desired product is unavailable for exchange, you may request a store credit coupon for future purchases.
